1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 7j770 website accessible at 7j770.io and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, games, and services offered therein.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and any qualifying bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet awards, cashback amounts, or matched-deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account pursuant to an active promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet value that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Eligible Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which a Player may lawfully access and use the Platform, as determined by 7j770 at its sole discretion.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 8 of these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account with 7j770 or by accessing any service provided on the Platform — including viewing odds, placing bets, participating in casino games, or claiming promotional offers — you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. Your acceptance is recorded at the point of account creation and is reaffirmed each time you log in to the Platform.

7j770 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via an on-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. Players who do not accept revised Terms must close their Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the revision.

These Terms are published exclusively in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with 7j770, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are aged 21 years or older as of the date of registration.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, whether voluntarily or by action of 7j770.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or direct family member of any employee of 7j770 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You are not suffering from any condition that impairs your ability to make rational financial decisions.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or otherwise, will be closed and any balances — including bonus funds and winnings generated in excess of the original deposit — may be forfeited at 7j770's absolute discretion. Players who discover they hold duplicate accounts are required to contact support immediately.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any third party to access your Account under any circumstances.

7j770 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify 7j770 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

7j770 may require identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: prior to processing the first withdrawal, when a Player's aggregate deposits exceed specified thresholds, or at any point where 7j770 has reason to verify the identity, age, or location of the account holder. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of residential address dated within 90 days.

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are subject to withdrawal restrictions until verification is successfully completed. 7j770 reserves the right to freeze account balances pending the outcome of KYC review and to close accounts where adequate documentation cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe.

An account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 7j770 reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee of ৳200 per month to the balance of any inactive account, provided that the balance does not fall below zero. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

7j770 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although large deposits may be subject to additional verification procedures.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance as soon as the corresponding transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. 7j770 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a compliance review.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have successfully completed KYC verification and whose Account balance does not include outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one hour of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

7j770 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including proof of source of funds, at its sole discretion. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. 7j770 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All transactions on the 7j770 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a payment provider processes a transaction in an alternative currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any conversion fees imposed by the payment provider will be borne by the Player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7j770 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including the flagship 200% welcome bonus on a Player's first qualifying deposit. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of opt-in:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. A player is eligible for a welcome bonus only once. Duplicate accounts created to claim a welcome bonus more than once constitute bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. Players should review these terms in full before opting in.
• Wagering requirements must typically be met within a specified time window. Bonus funds that remain subject to an incomplete wagering requirement at the expiry of the applicable time window will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot titles generally contribute 100% of each bet staked, while live casino table games, sports betting markets, and fishing arcade titles may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution schedule for each game type is set out in the promotion-specific terms.
• 7j770 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or restrict any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's Account, the terms applicable at the time of credit will apply for the duration of that promotion cycle.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering and withdrawal process.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 7j770 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or market, as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

Cricket betting — including markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — is governed by the rules of the relevant governing body and 7j770's own sportsbook rules. In-play odds are subject to rapid change; bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided and stakes returned.

7j770 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, and refuse or restrict wagers at any time without providing a reason. Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) will result in the voiding of affected bets, with stakes returned to the Player's Account.

All casino games, including slot titles from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe, and live dealer titles from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, operate using certified random number generation or live dealer mechanisms. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be altered retroactively. Any technical malfunction that interrupts a game round prior to a result being determined will result in the voiding of that round and the return of the staked amount.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7j770 Platform and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent KYC process.
• Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Engaging in or attempting to engage in collusion with other Players, whether in live casino games, poker formats, or any other multi-player environment on the Platform.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users through the official interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to generate unauthorised credits or winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, as described in Section 6, including systematic wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal financial risk while maximising bonus extraction.
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes with a payment provider in relation to legitimate 7j770 transactions.
• Facilitating or permitting a third party to access or operate your Account, including via credential sharing, account transfer, or sale.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7j770 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, bet-slip designs, data structures, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of 7j770 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants any Player any licence or right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to 7j770 for delivery on the Platform. Players may not record, stream, or broadcast live casino footage in any manner that reproduces proprietary game elements without the express written consent of the relevant provider.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7j770 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or inability to access the Platform.

7j770's total liability to any Player arising from any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the calendar month in which the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred.

7j770 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by a Force Majeure event. In the event of a Force Majeure, 7j770 will use reasonable endeavours to restore normal service as quickly as practicable and will notify affected Players via the registered email address.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

7j770 collects, processes, stores, and uses Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is accessible at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and ongoing platform use is processed for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. 7j770 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between Players and the Platform and does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Suspension & Termination

7j770 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or any activity that 7j770 reasonably considers to pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.

Where an Account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 7j770 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the entire balance of that Account, including all real-money funds, bonus funds, and any pending withdrawal requests. 7j770 will provide notice of Account closure to the registered email address except where the provision of such notice would prejudice an ongoing investigation or legal proceeding.

A Player who wishes to close their Account voluntarily should contact the support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method after completion of required verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or compliance holds apply. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

7j770 may amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email and/or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms come into force, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulation, or urgent operational necessity, in which case amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

The version of these Terms currently in force is identified by the effective date displayed in the document header. Archived versions of these Terms are available upon written request to the support team. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, 7j770 will in the first instance seek to resolve the matter through direct negotiation with the Player concerned.

Players wishing to raise a formal complaint should submit a written description of the dispute to the 7j770 support team at [email protected]. 7j770 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation prior to commencing any formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
